Washington, D.C. – U.S. house prices rose 0.6 percent in November, according to the U.S. Federal Housing (FHFA) seasonally adjusted monthly House Price Index (FHFA HPI®). House prices rose 1.9 percent from November 2024 to November 2025. The previously reported 0.4 percent price change in October remained unchanged.
